Its value is tied to the reserve ratio, increasing when reserves are high and decreasing when low, with a maximum reserve ratio of 800%. Reserve providers are incentivized through leveraged positions, fees from minting or redeeming ZephUSD, price deviation adjustments, and block rewards allocated to the reserve.
